• Location text you type into our machine finder (for example a ZIP code), which is used only to show nearby machines
• Messages, survey answers and other information you choose to send us

How We Use Information

We use personal information to process and ship orders, operate our machines, respond to inquiries and host applications, send order updates, send marketing emails you have opted into, prevent fraud, improve our website, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers, and analytics tools, and when required by law. Our finder feature sends the location text you enter to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) to place it on the map, and map tiles are loaded from Esri. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site function, security, and understanding traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We honor browser opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no online system is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to third-party sites such as Instagram. Their privacy practices are their own; please review them.
